We collaborated with global experience platform Fever to bring the world of Harry Potter to life in an unforgettable immersive format. The project: adapt and deliver “Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration” for the Australian market.
Working with existing IP-approved scenic elements, choreography, and content, our local teams cast, styled, and produced a 10-week public season inside Sydney’s iconic Paddington Town Hall. The venue was completely transformed into a snow-dusted ballroom, inspired by the famous Yule Ball scene.
Guests of all ages were invited to step inside the magic, dressed in costume, to dance, dine, and celebrate like a Hogwarts student. With character performers, themed drinks, cinematic set design, and live entertainment, this was immersive theatre designed to ignite the imagination and fill social feeds.

Over 20,000 guests passed through the icy gates of the Yule Ball across the 10-week run, making it one of Fever’s most successful immersive events in the region to date. The activation received extensive media coverage and user-generated content, with audiences praising the authenticity, cast interaction, and festive nostalgia.
The experience deepened emotional connection with the franchise and delivered a commercially successful outcome for our client, proving once again that magic, when executed well, translates across generations.
