We partnered with SAUG to deliver SAUG-x 2024, the APJ stop in a global touring event series, held over two days at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Taking a de-conferenced approach, the experience combined dynamic staging, off-site activations, and custom-built expo displays.
The aim was to foster community, elevate impact, and integrate success, bringing together SAP customers, partners, and global leaders in a high-energy setting built for collaboration, learning, and growth.
A standout APJ summit for SAUG-x 2024, seamlessly integrating content, experience, and production across the venue and off-site events. The de-conferenced format drove 94% attendance, strong engagement across multiple workshops, and 98.5% positive delegate feedback. Social activity surged with over 1,000 tagged posts, and survey participation exceeded expectations.
All elements were delivered on time and on budget. The event secured tier-one sponsorship and was praised for its strategic execution and creative impact.
