Watchguard asked us to create an energising hybrid event to bring their Apogee conference to their Australian market. They were looking for a considered approach to elevate and create engagement for their event with a focus on the Yarra Valley Wine Region for the two-day event, using the very best in creative and technical solutions, overseeing production, venue sourcing, virtual platforms and on-site management.
Unbelievable Group created an elevated hybrid event for Watchguard. Apogee was a two day event in one of the Yarra Valley’s premium venues, where attendees both live and online got the latest information via in person and online virtual platforms, using latest content delivery technologies, including a microsite, gamification and interactive elements. In person attendees were also treated to a wine tasting and curated food and beverage experience. Unbelievable Group handled all elements of production, with our mobile production teams covering all aspects through creative strategy, design, project management, on site production, logistics, and post event evaluation.
