Our Idea

 Submerge guests in a fusion of senses”. A sensory journey drawing on the themes  ‘taste and touch’, ‘taste and smell’, ‘taste and sight’ and ‘taste and sound’ to unify the senses at a private dining (breakfast). From layered styling and environment themes at every touch point to a specially curated menu by TV celebrity Chef, Jason Roberts, featuring the five flavours of the season.
