We created several experience zones from a taste lab with Billson’s “scientists” serving new, unreleased flavours, tattoo parlours for brave souls who wanted a life-long memento, a psychedelic bar serving Billson’s cocktails, live magic, sketch artists, DJ’s, Drummers & trumpet players, bespoke menu by Mr Miyagi, food truck serving donuts & chips with Billson’s flavoured sauces, plus prizes & giveaways.
The event enabled guests to dive into the unique world of Billson’s, where heritage Victorian brewery meets new school flavours & mixologists.
