Dig Deep

Objective
The Dig Deep committee comprises a passionate group working within the civil construction industry who set their sights on hosting Victoria’s newest construction show raising funds and awareness for mental health in construction with all profits going to Beyond Blue.
Dig Deep partnered up with Alive to design, produce and deliver the inaugural public event featuring the world renowned operator challenge, where you can watch Victoria’s top operators battle it out. In addition, dozens of exhibitors, the newest construction machinery,  wellness hub and local stalls.
A specialist public event Agency was required to ensure seamless operations and delivery of the event.

Our Idea

Alive’s main focus was to provide end to end event management services to oversee  risk and safety , catering, staffing,  site management, security, council liaison,  traffic management , volunteers, site plans, exhibitor management and supply chain management.
