The Dig Deep committee, a passionate collective within Victoria’s civil construction industry, set out to create a large-scale community event with purpose: to raise funds and awareness for mental health in construction, with all profits supporting Beyond Blue.
To bring this vision to life, Dig Deep partnered with us design, produce, and deliver the inaugural Dig Deep Event, a high-energy public showcase featuring the world-renowned Operator Challenge, major construction exhibitors, new machinery displays, a wellness hub, and local food and market stalls. The brief was clear: create a safe, inclusive, and operationally flawless event that connected industry and community alike.
We delivered end-to-end event management, overseeing risk and safety, site planning, council and traffic liaison, staffing, catering, security, exhibitor management, and supplier coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of the multi-day experience.
The result was an industry-defining success: the Dig Deep Event attracted over 12,000 attendees, generated earned media coverage exceeding AUD $2 million, and raised significant funds for Beyond Blue. The event united the construction community behind a meaningful cause, established Dig Deep as Victoria’s newest flagship industry event, and set a benchmark for purpose-driven public experiences that make a measurable social impact.
