Alive partnered with Optus to turn the Living Network into something people could step into — staging a strategic activation series in Melbourne and Sydney for over 24,000 attendees. We focused “Great Business Starts with Yes” through an experience that felt bold, tech-forward, and audience-led. We designed a custom environment featuring large-format LED, immersive VR, and integrated content — built to translate product features into real-world relevance.
The result was a brand space engineered to invite curiosity, encourage exploration, and connect Optus innovation to business outcomes.

OUTCOME

Alive delivered a custom-built activation in Melbourne and Sydney that attracted record foot traffic and connected over 24,000 attendees with the Optus Living Network.
